Three Stone Hearth Health Retreat

The Healing Farm combines education in ancestral health, functional medicine and natural healing in an affordable immersion wellness retreat experience in natural settings in Northern California. The Healing Farm also offers light exercise programs at our health retreats like yoga, hiking, Feldenkrais and QiGong. An elimination diet, Whole 30 meal plan is always offered at our women's and health retreats using local organic foods and meats and NO INDUSTRIAL SEED OILS!
